Free Driving Controls Lesson For NEW Students
Formula Jon Driving SchoolFormula Jon Driving School teaches automatic driving lessons in Warlingham, CR6, between 8am and 8pm every day. We pick you up from your home, school or workplace.
Warlingham has a village centre around Warlingham Green, long hills and country roads with changing speed limits. In an automatic car you do not manage a clutch or change gear, so you can watch for cyclists and bends instead.
We begin on quieter roads and bring you onto the busier routes out of Warlingham as you gain confidence.
Warlingham learners take the practical test at the Mitcham driving test centre, now at the Hilton Hotel, 101 Waddon Way, Croydon, CR9 4HH. The test is the same as the manual one, taken in an automatic car. Your instructor drives you over the roads you are likely to meet, including the A23 Purley Way and the streets around the centre.
You start with a free car controls session, and its cost is deducted from your first driving lesson. After that, each lesson is planned around your level. You practise manoeuvres, mock tests and sat nav driving.
If you pass in an automatic, your licence covers automatic cars only. Refresher lessons and motorway lessons are available.
Automatic lessons in the CR postcodes cost £39 an hour, or £38 an hour on a 10-hour block. Call 07790 779 687 to book, any day from 8am to 8pm.

Your driving adventure with Formula Jon Driving School kicks off with a personal chat to see where you’re at. We’ll figure out what you’re already good at and where you could use a bit of polish, then put together a plan just for you. This will include getting you ready for your test with things like sat nav training and mock tests around Warlingham, Surrey. Fancy some motorway lessons or a refresher? We do those too! We’re dedicated to helping everyone, no matter their age or how they pick things up, to become confident drivers.
